An Overview of our Stock Management System
Main Login Overview
The Dashboard show an overview of the recent transaction you did such as Total Revenue, Purchase, Profit, Sales from the existing month etc..
Here you can add Categories of the product you are selling
Here you can add products including the Brand, Barcode, Price, Quantity Available and the Alert quantity to notify you when the item is mostly out of stock
Add Customers / Import Customers
Here you can add customers, so that when you create and print an invoice you can see the customer name, address, tel on the receipt
Here you can input the Purchases of a specific item and update the amount you have paid for the total item quantity
Add Sales / Import Sales
When you are selling an item, you enter this section and click on add sales and the item you are selling to deduct the amount available from the purchases
Product Quantity Alert
This section will show all items which is mostly out of Stock, It is very useful for your business in order to control your existing Stock.
